yeah, this didn't turn out as good as i expected. i got so used to the easiness and freedom of lineart that it looks like i've lost most of my PMG skill.

nevertheless, let's go to the description, shall we?

once again, the humans came in contact with the so-called "chimeras". during a simple patrol, a section of ten soldiers from the 458th Combat Patrol Battalion was ambushed by these creatures. it did not took long for the soldiers to realize they had some good weapons; one of them caught their attention. a long rifle, resembling a sniper rifle, yet with no scope, was being used by one of the chimeras. they were in cover, behind an armored jeep, yet a round from said rifle managed to pass through it with relative ease, hitting a captain's leg. the round was a 5mm Sabot; thanks to the small caliber and high velocity, it was able to penetrate armor. luckly, thanks to the same reasons it made a clean wound, not inflicting much damage.

the team splitted up and started to deliver accurate fire. they called for a MEDEVAC helicopter along with an airstrike; after half an hour, they arrived. attack helicopters delivered bursts of rockets, 30mm autocannon fire and laser-guided missiles; yet a sole chimera survived. exactly the one who was carrying the rifle. it didn't last long though; an accurately fired .338 Lapua Magnum stroke its neck, chopping the head off.

a soldier went there and picked the rifle, carrying back to base. there, engineers and designers from USBN Defense Systems managed to make a recreation of the rifle, albeit modified.

the rifle was modified to better fit humans; basically, it is an advanced revolving rifle. with gas sealing systems and the likes, it is as effective as a normal rifle. the cylinder can be took off and replaced by a loaded one quickly, as a magazine.

instead of firing 5mm sabots, it fires a proprietary round: 9x65mmR, a rimmed, long round, in 9mm caliber. the round is capable of light anti-material duties and is extremely powerful.

the weapon features an adjustable stock and cheek rest; the iron sights were replaced by a Picatinny rail; here it is seen with an ACOG scope mounted. the handguard was replaced with a foldable grip that can be used as a handguard or as a foregrip; a bipod and compensator were added as well.
